We do not store Your payment information such as credit card number, expiration date and CVC/CVV. All payments are securely processed by Our payment provider Stripe.

What data do We collect from Your users?

If you've built a Website using the Service, We do collect the following data from Your users/site visitors:

  • precacheTs cookie — this cookie helps us improve the performance of Your Website and limit the load on Our servers. It is stored for 1 year, and does not store any personally identifiable information.

  • PH_SESSION_ID cookie — this cookie is the core of Your analytics and helps You understand what Your users are looking for. It is stored for 7 days, and does not store any personally identifiable information.

How do We protect Your information?

We store all Your personal and non-personal data on servers provided by Our hosting provider Hetzner (see Technical and Organizational Measures and Quality Compliance Certificate). All communication between the servers and the Service are encypted via SSL.

Only a limited number of persons having special access rights can access Your personal data, and are required to keep the information confidential.

We do not rent, trade, or sell Your personal data to other parties without Your explicit consent. We may share Your personal data with third-parties if this is necessary for Us to be able to provide the Service.

We may share the following data with third-party providers:

  • We may share Your email address with Sendinblue to be able to send You transactional and other emails (Sendinblue's privacy policy)

  • Your payment information is processed and stored by Our payment provider Stripe (Stripe's privacy policy)

  • If You use the chat widget available on our website we may share Your name, email address, and other information you might enter with Tawk.to (our chat-provider, Tawk.to's privacy policy).

We will delete all Your personal data once You delete Your Account. If We are legally required to store Your personal data (e.g. billing address) for a certain period of time even after You delete Your Account, We will delete all Your personal data once this period of time expires.
